In second year of university we took a pre-existing building (St Peters Church - Preston) and gave it a new purpose. Due to its placement in the heart of the university campus I chose to turn it into a 'learning hub' for the students. A free standing selection of booths and seating areas for studying and using PC's complete with a shop and small library catalogue. Bold colours and odd shaped booth areas create a complex space that is much more asthetically pleasing. The Idea for the shape came from the UcLan logo, two central roses and surrounding leaves.
